Mechanical Engineer Job, Kenya

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for one of its clients.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Registration with ERB as Graduate or Registered Engineer and membership with IEK shall be added advantage;
• 8 – 10 years experience in mechanical engineering;
• Demonstrated knowledge in the application of international industry codes and standards as related to power plant equipment and systems;
• Fully proficient in MS Office Applications and AUTOCAD;
• Strong supervisory, technical and leadership skills including the development and scoping of complex mechanical engineering projects;
• Ability to plan, manage people and organize a team effort;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good client management and goodwill building ability;
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability;
• Capacity to handle pressure;
• Physical and mental fitness is a must;
• Able to deliver under pressure and under minimum supervision.
