Feed the Future Initiative in Kenya.

Chief
of Party will
provide strategic vision, management and direction to an anticipated
USAID-funded project aimed at alleviating poverty and increasing food security
in Kenya through the advancement of agricultural innovations.
Innovation Partnerships Specialist will identify multi-sectoral innovations in the agricultural sector, particularly focused on women in agriculture.
Grants Management Specialist will provide financial evaluation of prospective and current grantees.
Innovation Coaching Coordinator will mobilize short-term technical assistance in support of their coaching and development.
Accountant will develop and maintain all accounting and financial systems including monthly budgets, financial reports, and processing all payments.
Communications/Events Specialist will lead the development and implementation of an innovative communications strategy for an upcoming USAID project in support of agricultural innovation.
M & E Specialist will manage the development and implementation of the Project’s Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan.
Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:

Candidates must fulfill the following qualifications:
- Advanced
degree in a related field of expertise with at least 7 years of relevant
expertise preferred.
- Prior
experience working on USAID-funded or other major donors projects.
- Professional,
relevant experience in the region is essential.
- Experience
working with agricultural value chain development.
- Experience
in the private sector preferred.
