The positions:
ILRI is recruiting an Information Services Specialist
position based in Addis Ababa, who will be a member of the Knowledge Management
& Information Services team within Partnerships and Communications Division
in ILRI.

Administration of the ILRI information
repository – Mahider
·
Content management of Mahider
·
Quality checking and processes for Mahider
·
Training and support for Mahider editors
and users
·
Uploading ILRI outputs to Google books,
COP/PPLD, blogs etc
·
Information and reference services delivery
through the InfoCenter
·
Management of ILRI contact/relationships
database/systems
·
Communicates, promotes and supports use of
information services to staff and partners
Education:
University degree in information science, information systems, or related
Experience:
At least 3 years relevant experience in a corporate or international environment
Skills:
·
Very good knowledge of oral and written
English
·
Good interpersonal skills in an
international environment
·
Commitment to high quality and attention to
detail
Duty Station:
Addis Ababa
Level: 2B
Minimum Monthly salary:
Birr 6,545.00
