Beetle Entertainment is a newly formed Entertainment Company in Kenya.

It has been conceived to become a market leader bringing high quality events to Kenya and the East Africa region.

Events produced to be enjoyed by all categories of people in a safe and technically sound environment.

We are competent entrepreneurs with a strong development focus and a businesslike, professional approach.

You will be responsible for:

• Identify suitable events.
• Seek sponsorship and fundraise for events.
• Develop proposals for funding sponsoring and implementing projects relating to events and other audience building activities.
• Drawing up of budgets and contracts.
• Manage budgets and expenditure.
• Plan events in liaison with identified suppliers to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee the representation of a positive organizational image to the general public, clients, stakeholders and the community.
• Identify and approach potential new clients, convert enquiries from potential clients to sales and contract facilitation.

Experience Required:

• At least three (3) years experience in event management or related field
• A Master or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
• Proven track record and existing network in the entertainment industry.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent communication (written and oral): people management skills, and be comfortable dealing with senior executives in multinational organizations
