Deputy Human Resource Manager Job, Kenya

Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting for a Deputy Human Resources Manager for one of its clients.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

• Bachelors Degree in Business Studies, Administration or Social Sciences;
• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from professional body;
• 5 - 8 years working experience with 2 years management experience;
• Member of a professional human resource institution;
• Sound knowledge of a broad range of human resource management practices;
  
  
  
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management;
• Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs;
• Ability to negotiate and manage collective bargaining agreements and alternative dispute resolution processes;
• Experience working in the manufacturing industry;
• Experience working in a unionized environment an advantage;
• Expertise in performance management systems and processes;
• Sound knowledge of labor laws;
• Knowledge of computerized information systems used in human resources applications;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Staff management skills including training and staff development experience;
• Honest, a pleasant personality and willingness to go an extra mile;
• Ability to work independently as well as a team.
