Deputy Human Resources Manager for one of its clients.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:-

- Bachelors Degree in Business
Studies, Administration or Social Sciences;
- Higher Diploma in Human Resources
Management from professional body;
- 5 - 8 years working experience
with 2 years management experience;
- Member of a professional human
resource institution;
- Sound knowledge of a broad range
of human resource management practices;
- Knowledge of contracting,
negotiating, and change management;
- Ability to analyze and assess
training and development needs;
- Ability to negotiate and manage
collective bargaining agreements and alternative dispute resolution
processes;
- Experience working in the
manufacturing industry;
- Experience working in a unionized
environment an advantage;
- Expertise in performance
management systems and processes;
- Sound knowledge of labor laws;
- Knowledge of computerized
information systems used in human resources applications;
- Strong communication and
interpersonal skills;
- Staff management skills including
training and staff development experience;
- Honest, a pleasant personality and
willingness to go an extra mile;
- Ability to work independently
as well as a team.
